Our love for real estate began in our early 30’s: In the mid to late 90’s, we began flipping homes as a side business while both having full time jobs. This became as exciting as it was rewarding. It was during this process that Kim knew her love for real estate would lead her to a new profession. Bob remained a part time agent until 2016 when he joined Kim as a partner and full-time real estate professional. We have always believed in doing right, treating people the way that we wanted to be treated and making a difference to everyone we meet. We kept faith that everything else would fall into place. Robert Louis Stevenson wrote: “DON’T JUDGE EACH DAY BY THE HARVEST YOU REAP, BUT BY THE SEEDS YOU PLANT.”
We feel that we are defined by the service we give and how we treat others. Our goal is to make each real estate transaction seamless and to build long lasting relationships with our clients. The biggest “Thank You” that we can receive is a referral. Referrals tell us that we’ve done a great job and are worthy of being recommended. From day 1, this has been our mission and is still what we strive for each day.
