I’m Cassandra Smith, a Virginia real estate agent rooted in excellence. Before stepping into real estate, I spent more than a decade as a middle school Career & Technical Education teacher. As a former Teacher of the Year, I built a reputation for professionalism, patience, empathy, and an ability to break things down so they actually make sense.

Teaching technology to middle schoolers taught me two important lessons: no question is too small, and with enough patience, anything can be explained. I bring that same philosophy into real estate. My goal is to guide every client with clarity, confidence, and steady support from our first conversation all the way to closing.
