Ethan Kraft
Born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, Ethan is a graduate of Great Bridge High School and a proud member of the Rachael Kraft Turner Real Estate Team since 2022. Ethan is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia and serves as a Property Manager, bringing dedication and precision to both landlord relations and tenant move-in/move-out coordination.
His hands-on approach and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to our property management division, enabling us to meet and exceed operational goals consistently. Ethan is currently pursuing his Associate’s Degree in Small Business Management at Tidewater Community College, further strengthening his foundation in real estate and entrepreneurship.
With his licensure now complete, Ethan is excited to expand his impact across both property management and residential sales, continuing to grow within the industry and support our clients with excellence.
