July 2025: Watermelons, Kona Ice, and Glitter Tattoos
Summer in Virginia can be hot, but GreenTree Realty knows how to keep things cool and sweet! In July 2025, we hosted a vibrant appreciation event that welcomed not only our cherished clients but also the local community.
Here’s what made it special:
100 fresh watermelons from a local farm, gifted to families who attended
A Kona Ice Truck serving up free icy treats to beat the heat
A glitter tattoo artist who added sparkle and shine to kids (and grown-ups!) alike
December, 2024: Cookies, Candy, and Santa Claus
We wrapped up the year with a magical holiday-themed appreciation event in December 2024, complete with a very special guest: Santa Claus himself!
Families were treated to:
One-on-one time with Santa, making sure every wish was heard
Cookie tins filled with sweet treats like cookies, candy, and popcorn to take home
A cozy, festive atmosphere that brought smiles to every face
It was a heartwarming way to celebrate the season and show our appreciation for the families who trust us with their homes and dreams.
