Hi, I’m Penelope—though most people know me as Penny—and I’m proud to serve as the Property Management Administrator here at GreenTree Realty. I bring a personal touch and unwavering dedication to everything I do, and I genuinely love helping people feel supported, heard, and cared for.

As a proud mother of two, I’ve learned how to balance compassion with professionalism, and I carry that same energy into my work every day. Whether I’m greeting you with a smile, assisting with property management tasks, or helping resolve day-to-day challenges, my goal is to make every interaction a positive one.

I’m known for being respectful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our agents and clients feel welcomed and valued. I believe that kindness and connection are just as important as efficiency and organization—and I strive to bring all of that to our team and the people we serve.

Outside of work, I’m also a published author, which has given me another outlet to share stories and connect with others. Writing has taught me the power of empathy and communication skills I use every day in my role.
