I’m Tara Haynes, an Associate Broker with Green Tree Real Estate Inc., and a proud believer that the 757 is a whole vibe. After moving more than 50 times in my life, I know exactly what it feels like to search for a place that finally feels like home. That’s why I call myself a neighborhood lifestyle matchmaker — I don’t just help you buy or sell a house, I help you find the community where you can truly belong.

I come from a long line of service. My grandfather, mother, and father all served in the Army, and my stepdad served in the Navy, so supporting our military families isn’t just part of my job — it’s part of who I am. I understand the relocations, the transitions, the uncertainty, and the need for a safe landing place.

I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, neurodivergent clients, introverts, and the wonderfully “weird” ones who want an agent who gets them without judgment. I’m also a safe place for the LGBTQIA+ community, and I show up with the same authenticity I hope my clients feel free to bring.

Community matters to me. I’ve spent years involved in volunteer work supporting young girls, women, children, and the hungry, and that spirit of service is woven into how I do real estate. I want this process to feel like a connection, not pressure — like possibility, not stress.
