Virginia “Virgie” Masana

Virginia, also known as Virgie, came from Naic, Cavite, Philippines, military spouse and has been residing in Virginia for almost 37 years. I am very excited to help you with your Real Estate needs. It will bring my sales experience, sense of humor, and passion to ensure a smooth and successful process.  My additional experience includes Property Management for my investments/properties and other clients’ properties.

My background also includes 25 years in Accounting and Bookkeeping, and I used to work as Full Charge Bookkeeper and Billing Manager. With that being said, I am also an active and licensed associate in Life Insurance and Annuities in Virginia. I have the knowledge &

expertise as an experienced professional. I know, being a seller or buyer, you want the real estate transaction to go smoothly, meaning finding the exact or perfect home you’re looking for, or perhaps selling your home promptly, and of course, for the best price possible.  That

means even though you are new to the real estate business, or planning out of state, or just miles away. My promise is to do my best and use my knowledge and expertise to work with the buyer and seller.
