Originally from Naic, Cavite in the Philippines, I’ve proudly called Virginia home for nearly 37 years. As a military spouse and long-time resident, I understand the unique needs of families and individuals navigating relocation, investment, and homeownership.

I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity. With a strong background in sales, a great sense of humor, and a commitment to personalized service, I strive to make every transaction smooth, successful, and stress-free.

In addition to traditional real estate services, I bring hands-on experience in property management—both for my own investments and for clients’ properties. My professional background also includes 25 years in accounting and bookkeeping, having served as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and Billing Manager. I’m also a licensed associate in Life Insurance and Annuities in Virginia, offering added insight into financial planning and protection.
